Then He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in a vision; I speak to him in a dream. Not so with My servant Moses; He is faithful in all My house. I speak with him face to face, Even plainly, and not in dark sayings; And he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid To speak against My servant Moses?”
— Numbers 12:6-8 NKJV
Moses had a very unique relationship with G-d. G-d lifted up Moses and defended him and stated that Moses was faithful in all G-d’s house. This meant that there was no one more faithful than Moses at this time.
Moses’ relationship was so unique that G-d stated that He spoke with Moses plainly, without dark mysterious sayings. G-d also pointed out that Moses sees the form of the L-RD.
He then asks Aaron and Miriam, “Why then were you not afraid to speak against My servant Moses?”

So it was, whenever the ark set out, that Moses said: “Rise up, O LORD! Let Your enemies be scattered, And let those who hate You flee before You.” And when it rested, he said: “Return, O LORD, To the many thousands of Israel.”
— Numbers 10:35-36 NKJV
The ark is the Ark of the Testimony. As I have written before, this is the container that held the items which were things that testified of G-d. The Ten Commandments, G-d’s Word, Aarons staff, G-d’s Power, and the Omer of Manna, G-d’s Provision.

And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, “You are the Son of God.”
— Mark 3:11 NKJV
Here we see the demons giving reverence to Jesus, as it says, whenever they saw Him. Whenever we are in the presence of G-d, what is our attitude? Are we reverent towards Him?
Due to what we read in Scripture, many of us Christians tend to take for granted the position that G-d holds, the position that He is. As Paul wrote in Romans 8:15-17 and in Galatians 4:4-7, we are able to cry out to Him as “Abba, Father” and Jesus said in Matthew 23:8-10 that we are to call no man Teacher nor Father because there is only one Teacher and one Father, who is G-d. We read these words and at times approach Him as if we are approaching Santa Claus to sit on his lap and bear our requests. We are all guilty of it.
Now, there is nothing wrong with approaching G-d as our Father or Teacher, but we need to make sure that our attitude is still reverent of who G-d is. He is Holy. To be in His presence is an awesome thing to behold and we must not forget this. Many have died because they did not revere Him accordingly. He is a loving G-d, but He is also one to respect and honor. He is our Creator and is Holy.
Praise the L-RD that He has made a way for us to approach Him through Jesus, the Messiah, our Savior. Let us all approach Him making all our requests known to Him, but with all love and reverence due. If the demons, who are evil, do this, all the more, as children of G-d, we should do this.
